The aluminum coil (pre-coated with photosensitive or thermal-sensitive layers) is unwound under controlled tension.Ensures smooth feeding into the cleaning stage without surface damage.
The aluminum passes through acleaning unitwith alkaline/acidic solutions to remove oils, oxides, and contaminants.Brushing and rinsing with deionized water ensure a clean surface.Drying with hot air or IR heaters prepares the metal for cutting.

ALUMINUM PLATE BASE & MULTI-LAYER YARN MESH TECH
After the unique plate substrate treatment, the plate base have a uniform fine sand mesh structure. This not only greatly improves the resistance of the printing plate, but also increases the accuracy of dot reduction.
